Eating for fat loss
Nutrition is often overlooked by those trying to get fit and lose weight. That is why the very first thing I address with my clients is their nutrition. In your free nutrition and lifestyle assessment I will look at areas of your diet that need improvement and make the necessary recommendations to suit your needs. All clients of dtfitness receive the Training and Eating for Fat Loss manual, an eight page explanation booklet on how to train most effectively and what you should be eating to achieve your optimal body composition. You will also receive The 14 day Eating for Fat Loss diet plan, a proven maintainable diet plan that will help turn your body into a metabolic fat burner.
Bio-Signature Method
Bio-signature is a system of bodyfat measurements that shows where you lay down fat and why. It is a system based on scientific evidence that where people store their body fat is an indication of their hormonal profile. The method was developed by world-renowned strength coach Charles Poliquin and is fast becoming the leading method of bodyfat testing. It allows your trainer to read your body fat levels and see any corresponding hormone imbalances which can then be effectively managed through a combination of diet, exercise, a targeted supplementation program, and lifestyle modifications.
BioSignature goes beyond standard body fat testing and reveals your blueprint for faster fat loss! It is scientific spot reduction. I can develop that plan for you based on your unique biological signature. By following your personal plan, you will emerge leaner, stronger, healthier, happier, and more energetic.
Program Design
You can train with me regularly with for optimum results or merely come and have your program designed for use in your current gym. All clients are expected to attend regular follow up sessions to ensure progress which are free of charge. Programs are designed to cater for everybody from the beginner to Professional athlete, for fat loss or sport specific. Learn everything from basic German body comp style training programs to advanced Cluster or wave loading methods. Have any physical imbalances or postural issues addressed through prescribed flexibility and rehabilitation programs. Learn how to train properly to increase cardiovascular endurance and strengthen core muscles through Pilate’s exercises.
